As a holistic sleep consultant I am here to provide guidance and support to you and your child, whilst promoting healthy sleep habits. I look into individual circumstances with the aim of optimising the situation at hand, promoting gentle methods to help resolve sleep difficulties.
This allows me to consider various aspects surrounding your little ones life, including developmental stages, nutrition, family dynamics, ensuring my approach recognises the interconnectedness of these factors and enables me to tailor a sleep plan that aligns with your families overall needs and expectations.
