Kindly review these terms and conditions before our consultation or when considering purchasing a guide. If you’re consulting with me, please acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted the terms on the documentation sent after a product has been purchased.
Disclaimer
I appreciate your interest in my services. Please note that my support should not be viewed as a replacement for medical, nutritional, lactation, psychological, or therapeutic care. I do not provide counselling, diagnoses, treatments, or any form of medical care. It’s important to consult with your healthcare provider or an appropriately qualified professional for any concerns regarding your own or your child’s health and well-being.
Scope of practice
Throughout the consultation process, we will work together to evaluate your circumstances. I will offer reassurance, support, and educational guidance, striving to identify a solution that aligns with your family’s needs and is viable in the long term. Your unique circumstances, aspirations, parenting approach, and beliefs will all be taken into account. It is inevitably your decisions whether to use the techniques I suggest, and you’re responsible for making any changes you wish to pursue, as you see fit.
As a holistic sleep coach, our consultation focuses solely on sleep and well-being matters for your little one. Any additional concerns or enquiries should be directed to another practitioner for separate consultation.By choosing to work with me, you agree that:
- You will work within safe sleep guidelines (www.lullabytrust.org.uk)
- You will disclose any relevant medical issues for your infant/child.
- You acknowledge that safeguarding children is of utmost importance. In the event of any concerns regarding your child’s welfare, I am obligated to report them to the appropriate health or safeguarding authorities in your local area. I will always inform you of such actions, except in situations where the immediate safety of the child is the primary concern.
- You acknowledge that certain personal information will be collected, which will be kept confidential. Unless otherwise agreed for specific reasons, all information provided will not be shared with any third party.
- Upon agreeing a package/product, you will receive a contract confirming the service you have requested, an invoice with the total payment due, and a sleep diary and questionnaire. However, your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment, and no work will commence, until payment is received in full. If payment is not received at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date or upon receipt of completed documents (whichever comes first), we may need to reschedule
- Follow-up support is typically accessible between 9am and 8pm (GMT). While flexibility is possible, responses outside of these hours may not be guaranteed. I strive to respond to follow-up enquiries on the same day whenever feasible. Customers are typically expected to initiate follow-up communication at their convenience.
Guarantees
My services are crafted to provide reassurance, support, education, and evidence-based guidance. However, I cannot assure or guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe. This stems from the understanding that every individual and situation is distinct, as is the implementation of each plan. The multitude of variables involved makes it impossible to guarantee particular results. I strictly refrain from advocating cry-it-out methods or any variations thereof, opting solely for responsive techniques.
Equality and non-discriminatory practice
I advocate for an inclusive and non-discriminatory approach in my services. I commit to not discriminating against individuals based on factors such as race, sexual orientation, parenting style, disability, cultural beliefs, marital status, or religion. If there are any specific considerations you’d like me to take into account, please feel free to communicate them at the outset of our consultation.
Cancellation / Refund policy
If you have purchased a package but realise when completing the questionnaire that my methods are not for you and wish to cancel, I will be happy to refund in full. However once the questionnaire has been returned by the client and analysed, a refund will not be available. I am however more than happy to tweak and update plans during the course of the service, providing methods fit my scope of practice.
Purchasing Guides
Given the digital nature of sales, all purchases are considered final. Once you have obtained access to any digital content you’ve purchased, you will no longer be able to request a refund, as digital products cannot be returned.
